All foster parents are required to complete a financial assessment during the initial licensure and update their financial assessment every two years during relicensure.
Each foster parent and household members over the age of 18 are required to provide three (3) references, e.g., family friend, co-worker, manager, pastor or anyone who can speak to your character as a person.
